Okay, this is ridiculous.
I was sick. Figured I would pick up with Yoga when I felt better.
Then my friend passed away so we went out of town for the funeral and, for obvious reasons, I was not up to working out for a few days.
Got overwhelmed with numerous things to do.
Was about to start working out again this week and I ended up with a knee injury. From what? Cleaning someone else's house.
It is finally feeling better today, but, alas, I have an awful cold. My eyes will not stop watering, my nose is runny and stuffy at the same time, and I just want to sleep.
As my former muscles turn to flab, I vow that I will start working out again soon.
